Gresham House, Watford

In 2014 Orion Land entered a partnership with LaSalle Investment Management to bring forward a site in Clarendon Road, Watford for development as a mixed use residential/commercial project.

Planning was secured in 2017 to provide a multi-storey building comprising 6,247 sqm of B1 office accommodation, 140 sqm of A1 retail use and 59 residential units with basement parking.

Last year St Mungo’s helped almost 30,000 people in need on our streets or at risk of homelessness. As a charity and housing association, we couldn’t do as much as we do without organisations such as Orion Land and Developments Ltd. We are very grateful for their generosity, and my personal thanks to Richard and Jean for their ongoing support over many years.
