Having successfully established a major US Build to Rent specialist into the UK, Richard Olsen is now back leading developer and investor, Orion Land.

With over 30 years’ experience in the property market and in addition to having recently gained a full understanding of the BTR sector, Orion Land is now focusing its love of securing deals and achieving planning consents for the wider market. The team is currently working with investors to acquire projects of significant scale as part of its nationwide strategy, as well as working with a contractor developer to secure a portfolio of sites within the London area.

In addition to their role as developer, Orion also act as skilled advisors to national and local government, public bodies, charities, private landowners and fund managers. Drawing on their 30-year experience of the UK planning process and by bringing their creative approach to placemaking, Orion are well positioned to offer professional advice and innovative solutions to site development.
